What
is the Columbian Corporation?
The Columbian Corporation of Easton,
MA, otherwise identified as "the
Columbian Corp.", is the property management entity
of the facilities known as the
Easton Knights of Columbus, located
at 375 Foundry Street, Easton, MA.
Our Corporation
Incorporated on
December 6, 1955, the
Columbian Corp. is constituted for
the purpose of acquiring and
maintaining both real and personal
property of the Easton Knights of
Columbus. All
Members in good
standing of the Easton Knights of
Columbus are Members of the
Columbian Corp. who have an equal
opportunity of say into facility
operations. The governing body
is comprised of a group of elected
officers (President, Vice-President,
Treasurer & Clerk) and a Board of
Directors (consisting of not less
than nine
Members, of which five are
the
Grand Knight,
Deputy Grand
Knight,
Recorder,
Financial
Secretary &
Treasurer). The
day to day operations of the
corporation are conducted by a
General Manager, who is a Member in
good standing of the Easton Knights
of Columbus and employed by the
Columbian Corp. under the
supervision of the President and
Board of Directors. The
